Licensing Strategy

Global Deployment

The ability to economically produce aromatics and olefins from renewable biomass and waste plastics will enable broad adoption of the Bio-TCat and Plas-TCat processes and widespread use of renewable, cost-competitive bio-based and recyclable aromatic and olefin derivatives.

Anellotech’s proprietary biomass pre-treatment process, MinFree™ will enable a broad range of biomass to be used as feedstock for the Bio-TCat™ Process, allowing for global deployment, whether a licensee’s objective is to sell the products as chemicals or fuels. Anellotech can License the Bio-TCat and Plas-TCat Process Technologies Globally for Commercial Plant Operation

The Anellotech alliance network has adopted a licensing strategy for commercialization of the Bio-TCat and Plas-TCat processes for both the chemical feedstocks and fuels markets. By pursuing a licensing business model, Anellotech can generate revenues from technology fees and catalyst sales while addressing the worldwide market. Customers with substantial chemical plant or refinery operating experience can deploy their own capital and expertise to build profitable commercial units. Anellotech will continue focusing on research to improve the Bio-TCat and Plas-TCat technologies.

We are pursuing a link between our technologies and consumer-facing brand owners who are focused on implementing bio-based or recycled polymer packaging applications in key product areas such as human beverage bottling and other key plastics packaging applications. AnelloMate BTX can be used to satisfy this market demand.
